        Drive thru service not available. When going inside, waited over 30 mins in line to do a simple withdrawal. Bank seems to be poorly managed and understaffed.

        This bank of America has multiple ATMs available so usually the waiting is not long. It's convenient for me to use the the ATM so having multiple ATMs is a good factor for me . Parking is a challenge if you want to use the walk up ATM in front of the bank.

        They are super slow in everything. They don't help customers at all. There was a guy that used to help everyone, but it's been a while since I had seen him.
