Ashley was an awesome banker that assisted me with all my questions, concerns and very professional as well patient. This branch showed a very positive attitude and attention as well made me feel part of the family. Thank you for great customer service!

Great bank! Been with them for almost a decade and I have never had any issues. Customer service is fantastic and they operate in a quick efficient manner so you are in and out real quick.

I visited this branch and to fix some issues with my account, I requested to speak to branch manager( monica) I was told she was in a meeting, I asked if she could call me that day, I did not receive a call even though I called the bank and left messages 3 times. I called the following day , and a day after that. I never got a call back from branch manager. Last time I called they stated they had delivered every message to her. No Customer service. This branch is always lonely, they dont seem to be busy at all

I did not have the opportunity to visit the bank facilities since I only went to the ATM and depository. But overall it looks good and meets my needs
