Staff were not pleasant, rude actually. Also Ive never been charged half of my deposit for Stained Towels that they claimed. Wouldnt recommend this place for people for have children or extended stay.

Horrible smell in the room. Lamps did not work. Front desk staff member was rude, he would get upset when asked questions. I would never stay there again!

This is an older Hotel but, the rooms have been updated. We stayed there for 9 days while my father in law was in the hospital. The staff was good , our rooms were clean , and besides being under staffed for maid service the 1 maid made sure all rooms were cleaned. There continental breakfast is not your eggs and sausage but they do have waffles, cereal , bagels , toast, yogurt and fresh coffee. We thank them for keeping there prices low as with our situation we couldn't afford to stay if it wasn't for them.

The staff were absolutely amazing and were trying to help us in every way. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had lots of accomodations for the disabled. If we stay in Lubbock again we will definitely be staying here. By far one of the best hotels in Lubbock.
