    DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE A SERVICE ANIMAL. The worker Shiv was not in a good mood out the gate. We looked up online to see if theres any rooms available before we made the trip this way. We get in and shiv immediately tells us theres no rooms available not even looking at the computer. We ask him again and say are you sure cant you look? So he says Fine. Let me check types for two seconds and says we have nothing. Then we told him well online it says you have plenty available. He tapped a little longer and said well we have one room I understand youre working the graveyard but wow there was no customer service out the gate. Then to top it off, Im bringing in my things with my service animal, they shout at me, yes shout, to come to the desk. I dont respond well to rude, so i kept walking. If youre not going to address me respectfully and approach me, Im not giving you my time or energy. Then I get in my room and they call 5 times we are three doors away from the front desk. They wanted the power move and make me go to them so they could give me issues. Then they come and bang on my door. I say just a minute and he bangs again and says Now! I respond a little more aggressively with I said just a minute! I peek my head out to greet the knocker and Shiv and Kumar were already walking away, expecting me to walk back to the front desk. Not once did they ask the appropriate question Is it a service animal? With attitude and a raised tone, like Im a child, Kumar says there are no pets allowed. I tell them he is a service animal (that is wearing a clearly marked service animal vest at the time when I brought him in and when they approached my room) and they repeat themselves that no pets are allowed. I lost my temper, as an Army veteran with PTSD that happens when I get pushed too far, and started yelling. They asked me for proof he was a service animal. That information is easy to produce, but I just drove 12 hrs i want to shower and rest before I continue on the next 12 hrs. Not get chastised and berated by rude staff members in a bad mood trying to prove that they are in charge. The manager Kumar was there with the same attitude when I went to the front desk. They pulled out the contract and pointed out the line that says no pets which is soooo condescending. Especially since he was missing the fact THAT ITS A SERVICE ANIMAL This is the fourth time i repeated this. It wasnt till I threatened to email corporate they get their GM on the phone. After they explain the situation the GM on the phone says oh just tell him its ok like actually its illegal if you dont. The way they handled the situation was so rude and demeaning. I will be sending an email to corporate about how Shiv and Kumar handled this situation. Besides all that, this place is just ok for the price. Same beds and set up you get at the $50/night places down the road. I specifically chose this place because they have a high rating, and thinking a higher price would at least mean better beds, but i was massively disappointed. Save yourself the trouble even if you dont have a service animal. The lack of customer service alone is enough to stay away. Will update when I get the response from corporate and how they will handle this situation.

    The front desk lady lacked customer service. She was extremely rude and not helpful. The rooms were less than desirable. They stunk and the bathrooms did not seem clean. The carpet was coming up and the art on the wall was upside-down. Overall the inside looked unkempt.

    Pretty good experience for me. I came up the street after leaving the Motel 6...check out my review on that. This was 100x better and I actually felt safe and felt like my car was safe. The room was really nice and clean and didn't have any issues. I wish I would have booked here in the first place instead of trying to save some money at the Motel 6. I would have given them 5 stars however, their cable is all messed up. Not only do they need to update their channel list, their cable had the same channel on every other channel. I was surprised they didn't have Adult Swim or Comedy Central, which are the only channels I watch. Overall, I would stay here again, but I wouldn't rely on their cable channel assortment.

Besides all that, this place is just ok for the price. Same beds and set up you get at the $50/night places down the road.
