SouthWest Bank

This is a fantastic Bank in my opinion. They are excellent with everything that you could possibly need. Their customer service is superb and marvelous. The Southside bank mobile app is very user-friendly, and has all the options you could possibly need. If you need help with something, you can call them and they will walk you through the process of getting to what you need. Very very patient with customers. Overall a sensational bank!! Very Impressed!!

Unfortunately, they do not have the best customer service, and they will shuffle you around for any sort of problem or request. Every time I walk into this place, and walk up to the teller. They always have to defer you to someone one else sitting right next to them. Strange place.

Did some job interviews here and didnt have a great experience. Took forever to hear back on anything and over a week after Id been told I would hear something I got a text requesting a signature for them to run a background check. I then discovered an email in my inbox from 9 hours earlier saying they werent interested in hiring me. Very much a case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing. They kind of treat you like they can just treat people any old way they want to, and while I dont really believe in vilifying people I cant say I would trust a disorganized banker. I wouldnt recommend.

Just closed on a mortgage with South West Bank, let me be honest and say this was the best choice my better half and I made. We received the best rates in town. Loan officer Scott Smith handled our account from step one until closing and we can not say enough good things about him. Do yourself a favor and go by SWB before you try anywhere else in Lubbock.
