Happy State Bank

The app and online banking are terrible. They barely work and have a million bugs. Not to mention they are close on weekends and then also close at 4 so if you work a 9+5 your screwed if you need something. Also using third party applications and software is impossible Wich is SUPER annoying. Honestly my entire experience with this bank over two years has been God awful. They have a really bad habit of leaving you dead in the water consistently. I'm reasonable, once or twice is fine, but they consistently screw you with their hours and online banking.

We walked into happy state bank on 19th street. And a young lady that helped us with was very kind and courteous. I wish all the banks that I go to had help like this. Kaylee Kemper was so much help and took the time to explain everything to us. Made our weekend.

Ever since centennial bought them out their service has been absolutely terrible and there always seems to be a problem with my account and its not just me I know 4 other people who use happy and who have also been having issues If I cannot get these issues resolved on Monday I will be closing my account and switching to another bank because I am so tired of this bull
