My experience with this Bank has been absolutely horrendous. I have called 4 times times trying to reach my loan officer Leticia in the last 2 weeks at the 6502 slide road branch without any return call. If you are looking for convenience, this is not the place to get a loan. If you are looking for competence and common sense, this is not the place to get your loan. If you are looking for good customer service, this is absolutely not the place to get a loan. I have had impeccable payment history throughout the course of my loans with this bank. The problems only amplified once the merger took place and Aim bank became First Bank and Trust. If you are looking for a bank, I've got 3 words....Go somewhere else!

This location is the reason I decided to close my account with them. The employees are always rude when I come in. I had rolled all my change once and went to cash it in and had the rudest employee ever! The customer service here is horrible since they switched over to first bank and trust from aim bank. If you want good service definitely go elsewhere.
