Surface2Surface DFW Mold-Set Overlays & Epoxy Floor Systems

I've had the unfortunate experience as a previous commenter on here. I had a large patio area resurfaced with a supposed lifetime warranty. In less than 3 months it cracked approximately 20 feet long. I contacted Keith who said he would schedule a repair then ignored my text messages and calls. Then I called the office, have spoken to them twice. Each time they said they would get back to me and you guessed it, no return calls, now getting the runaround from them. Over $20k and extremely unprofessional. They are pure salesman that will not back their product. Service: Concrete resurfacing

Keith and his workmen were phenomenal! From the visit and estimation of cost to the finish of the job - very professional and efficient. We had a great experience with Surface 2 Surface DFW! The finished product was great the color was just what we were looking for - a greyish brown distressed wood look. This was exactly what we needed to finish off our patio project.

Surface 2 Surface seemed like such a great customer oriented company at first. We immediately put our deposit down so we could get on the schedule within 2 weeks. After that we had to keep calling to get on their schedule, they put us off so long that we ran into a hot tub install issues and they had to come out to rush the job of getting the one section done where the hot tub would be. Over two weeks later they finally came out to do the rest of our patios and sidewalks. Now half of the back patio is a different color that the other half even though the work was done on this part the same day. The owner demanded final payment the next morning before we could actually see it in daylight once it was dry, so we paid him without realizing how bad it was. We should have know better since he was so pushy about it. Months later they finally came to redo they half that the color didn't take. The grinded down the section without wrapping the hot tub up and even with the cover on they got concrete dust inside our hot tub. They couldn't figure out how it happened because one of the guys was supposed to be running the shop vac the whole time. Instead of him actually doing his job he was out in my backyard chain smoking. So after all this I told them to make sure the color was a dark grey to make sure it matched the other side of the patio and now it looks the same as the first time they did that section, as if the concrete didn't even take the color. Not only is it still too light, but we also now have cracks running through it. Don't do business with this company, they promise so much but they won't make it right and do the job properly. Huge thanks to Keith and the team at Surface 2 Surface. In this case, I was probably the demanding customer and the S2S team met us at our point of urgent need. They completely transformed our pool deck and patio into one cohesive look. The travertine pattern, color, and texture is a perfect match for the backyard look. Danny and his crew did such an amazing job. The product and finish exceeded all expectations. Thank you!
