You guys never really do this prep-crap except in the video advertisements...If you did? You'd film every installation & give a video file of exactly what you did, when you did it, how you did it to every purchaser of your service.

I Ended up working on my daughters car on the floor in her garage for a week replacing the front & rear suspension control arms & the rack & pinion in September....Why? Because the garage service [Northaven Automotive] that I used last year to do it & paid a pretty penny to have them do it? didn't do it right & they didn't replace all the control alarms even though I provided them with all the parts & everything. To get the job done & to get it right? Sometimes you just gotta do it yourself - actually all the time frankly speaking.

I became rather intimate with the garage floor having had to lay on it for a week working underneath her car & I could see dips & divots & left-over spalling that were never repaired, filled in & as a result?, were & could not have been properly concrete grounded with the end result of the coating NOT adhering properly to the floor.

I don't care about their lifetime five year 10 year whatever guarantee because they'll probably not come back to fix it because it's really too late to fix what should've been done right the first time.

Looks good but not a quality job unfortunately.

What a disappointment.

I really should charge back the credit card & dispute it because it's certainly not as described nor as promised.

BHI just finished my beautiful epoxy garage floor and did a wonderful job. They fixed cracks and a couple of places missing chunks of concrete. I would recommend this company to anyone! I am one satisfied customer. Service: Concrete epoxy floor installation
