The Lancaster team - led by Manager Mark Chatelain - helped us complete a complete remodeling of our downstairs and the outside of the house. This included new staircase, new bathroom, remodeled kitchen (cabinets, countertops, backsplash, lighting, plumbing), re-texture walls, painting, outside painting and new porch. Not only did they do fine work, but the entire team (particularly Mark's supervisors) came up with creative ideas to improve the vision we had. The biggest plus was their flexibility on design changes and the "stop everything and help the customer" when a pipe (not related to the new work) sprang a small leak. Like all customers we wanted it done fast and Mark C kept us focused on doing it right and efficiently with quality exceeding our expectations. Call Lancaster today!
