        This hotel is very nice, everything is very clean and works well. Kishore the front desk manager is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

        The front desk jay helped me out with all my questions and the area and such. Beautiful clean place with a good breakfast definitely would recommend

        Upon we were told there were no 2 queen rooms available, even though we had paid for that with our reservation. After arguing with the nightly desk attendant for a moment, she made a phone call and miraculously found us a room as reserved. (Already cleaned and ready to go, because the hotel wasn't busy and they weren't actually out of rooms) After assigning us a room and key, the desk attendant proceeded to completely ignore us. I'm talking looked away when my partner spoke to her. Thankfully we left without seeing her again. Safety here is a concern. There are signs on every parking spot warning you not to leave anything in your vehicle. Breakfast was abysmal, and by 8:30 or so they were out of syrup for the waffles. We will definitely find a different hotel next time we pass through Dallas.
