Rooms: The room was very comfortable.
Walkability: Does not have consistent footpaths for the area/neighbourhood surrounding the hotel.

During my recent stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Irving Las Colinas, I had the pleasure of interacting with Wendy, the hotel receptionist. Her unwavering commitment to exceptional service left a lasting impression. Wendys dedication to providing outstanding service elevated my experience at Embassy Suites. Her professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care for guests truly set her apart. I highly recommend this hotel, thanks in large part to Wendys exceptional contributions.

Nice,new hotel. Clean but a few more minutes with the vacuum in the room would have been nice.
The staff were professional, attentive and friendly.
Will definitely stay there again when in the area.
Nearby activities: Close to nice restaurants .

Beautiful hotel, we were impressed as soon as we walked in the doors! Rooms were spacious and clean, beds were very comfortable. We stayed for a cheer competition nearby, the morning of one of the ponytail holders broke in my daughters hair I asked the front desk if they had any in the market I could purchase she says no but offers me the one on her wrist!!! What a lifesaver. Hospitality at its finest. If youre in the area I encourage you to stay here.
