        Terrible service, we lost our connection flight to Orlando and had to get a reservation ASAP, the shuttle never came after 1 hour waiting, and when we got to the place the system was down, if you are going to book on this hotel dont expect much, and the rooms had a bad smell too

        Terrible smell when you walk in, the room was okay, but the jacuzzi tub that we paid for was broken and super loud when you turn on the jets. It sounded like something screaming in your ear the entire time it was turned on. Could not enjoy a peaceful bath. I would not recommend this place if yall wanna stay happy stay away.

        I can't say much about the rooms or how the location was as I couldn't actually make it to the hotel since I got admitted to a hospital in the area I live in ( 15 hours north ) I understand the booking was non refundable but I have heard of hotels refunding if the reason was a valid one as in my case I'm currently admitted to a hospital and unable to make the trip. When I called the hotel, the man on the phone was quite rude and unpleasant and hurried me off the phone. I would not book this hotel as the staff are quite rude.
