        They stained my white cocktail dress that Ive never worn before. Id purchased it on October 31. I was shocked when I got there and saw my dress on November 3 and I was very disappointed. They werent willing to budge to fix their mistakes right away so I can have my dress to wear the next day Saturday November 4 for a one in a lifetime event, so my husband and I had to stay firm with them in order for them to fix their mistakes. Finally the woman admitted that it was the equipment that was dirty and stained the dress. So if you ever think about bringing your expensive garments or an outfit for an important event, dont use that place. I surely wont go back to Star cleaners even if there the only ones on Earth!
