Have been using this cleaner for years but they have recently been damaging clothing, specifically stapling their tags through shirts. We told them about it, said they would fix the problem and then 7 of 10 shirts came back with staples through them. Unacceptable.

I turned in two skirts to have zippers repaired and was quoted $15 for both. The owner/manager called to say that one zipper was only stuck and did not require a repair. Today, when I went to pick up the second skirt, they tried to charge me the entire cost. Although I attempted to explain, the male owner/manager was more intent on making sure I didn't drive away with the skirt and telling me how I was wrong. Well, now he has a new skirt with a new zipper. I just left it there!
