We have used Dry Clean planet for many years under the original owners and were very pleased but In the last two years they changed owners twice, 2nd owner lost some of our clothing and tried to fix it by giving us someone elses clothes, then charged us for a mistake they made using starch on our jeans and after my husband took them back to re-clean without starch they starched them again! we couldnt open them they were like cardboard and had to wash them to be able to pull them apart My husband was so upset I went to talk with the owner to fix it and was told DCP was under new management now (third owner) l asked to speak with the new owner and the counter lady said they are never there and wouldnt give me their name or hers or ask them to call me she was extremely rude and kept telling me she has two accounts for us and they both show our things returned, I tried to explain we do not have 2 accounts and what had happened to us, she started arguing with me and wouldnt let me talk. I thought because I was on camera the new owner would reach out to me to make things right they didnt! this was about two months ago. Basically, they kept my husbands western shirt, a pair of expensive jeans and ruined 2 other pairs of expensive jeans. We will not EVER use Dry Clean Planet again!! Yes still under the same name, location 1960 and Lake Houston (Atascocita) Our hope is to prevent this from happening to anyone else
