Today (Thursday, March 28, 2024), at approximately 11:17 am, one of your trucks blatantly ran a red light on Ingram Road in San Antonio (cross street is Oakhill). This was not a case of a driver having to make a split-second decision as the light turned amber while they were approaching the intersection. This was a driver who blew through the light after the cross traffic had a green light for a full two or three seconds. Fortunately the driver at the front of the left turn lane was paying attention and didn't get hit by your truck, but this is absolutely unacceptable. I'm assuming your vehicles have GPS, so it should be easy to figure out which vehicle and driver it was. You're lucky that driver did not hit anyone, because that could have easily happened. I was turning the opposite direction of travel or I would have followed that truck and gotten the plate number and any other identifying information, but it was clearly one of your vehicles based on the name of the business and the logo, both of which match yours. You should be embarrassed that someone driving one of your vehicles was so wreckless.

The company R&L is very good at what they do. The staff are respectful and always keep to time. They do their job with all expertise and they leave you satisfied.

They came quick and identified where the leak was coming from. They worked well as a team, and in a short time the leak was repaired. Very professional and courtesy! Communicated with me every step to let me know the progress. Highly recommend them!!

I can't say enough about R&L Restoration. It was a positive experience from start to finish. The R&L company was recommended to me by a friend that used them for their roofing needs and he gave them great reviews. I experienced unexpected water damage to my home, and it was very stressful and to make matters worse it was my birthday. However, R&L Restoration helped me every step of the way. They are Dependable, professional and perform great work. Mr. Carlos and his team arrived at my home and took care of everything from start to finish. Mr. Carlos always reassured me that everything would be fine thus causing me to calm down and trust the process. From the Mitigation, painting, flooring, and assisting me with my insurance company they are hands down the best contractors I have had the privilege to work with!! I certainly can go on and on because I put total trust in them, and they did not let me down. I'd highly recommend R&L Restoration.
