Sol Restoration

We recently had a leak that warped our floors which led to us meeting Corey at Sol. Working with Sol, and specifically Corey, made the whole dry out and replacement process more manageable. He helped uncover the full extent of the leak and damage, then took the time to discuss potential options and outcomes. He worked with our insurance company, the subs, and us, to keep everything on track. He even made actionable suggestions about ways to mitigate further risk when replacing our floor. At his suggestion we talked to our flooring company about an upgraded underlayment to get a better overall moisture barrier - it was a great suggestion we took. Corey proved himself to be an outstanding general contractor. He explained what he was doing and why. We discussed the codes and standards around each part of the work and he shared any issues he found along the way with us. We dont want to have to do this again, but if we do we will call Sol without hesitation. Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

I was fortunate to be introduced to this company by the warranty department of another company. Sol Restoration was sent out to assess the damage that resulted from a faulty installation. Corey and his team were very professional in their respect for my time while they did their assessment . I was satisfied with the proposal for repairs, which was fair and thorough.

Fast and courteous. Followed up often and was on site with the subcontractors making sure we were happy. Very attentive to our observations. Worked well with our difficult insurance.

I have a new roof on house and garage, also new gutters, etc. They did a great job. Corey, the contractor, stayed with the roofers, up on the roof and supervised everything. I thought that was awesome. you do not see that often. He went over the yard with a magnet, after the roofers cleaned up to make sure there was no metal left in the yard or drive. He also power washed the house, garage, drive and patio, which was extra charge. Did a great job. I am very please with this company. They are very thorough and fair. They have put up my back fence and have stained it. It is beautiful. Corey goes above and beyond the call of duty. Service: Attic venting
