WORST DECISION OF MY LIFE! Unfortunately, when I had a leak, I did not read yelp reviews, which appeared to give a true picture of this company. Also, you must pay attention to the billback reviews. The water remediation is OK. They bring fans in and cut out sheet rock, but the billback was a nightmare. They lead you to believe that they have wonderful rebuild department, but I can assure you they do not. They found some guys off of Facebook marketplace to do the work in my house, which ended up being terrible and had to be redone. I had to supervise this entire job because the supervisor may be came by once a week to drop off supplies. The owner was verbally abusive many times. All that company wants is insurance money in their pockets. Please look at the reviews on yelp. They are the real picture at the end of the job after being told to let them do their work and get out of their way. The owner agreed it was subpar and had to be redone, which took another few days until finally I just wanted them out of my house. Like I said, this is literally the worst decision of my life. Please read yelp reviews. My guess is they alter the ones associated with their company.

Their prompt response, professionalism, and attentiveness made all the difference. From promptly removing the water to meticulously drying our belongings, they executed their tasks with precision and care. We are thrilled with the outcome and deeply satisfied with the service they provided.

Do not ever do business with these guys. The mitigation team was good, but got fired. They will take you personal belongings to hold hostage using unethical practices, e.g., telling you they have all the paper but actually with no proper approval from insurance. They are not on your side and you must validate/confirm everything they say. Please check the BBA website of similar claims by others.
