        I love this gamestop! It always has deals, and the same guy has helped me each time I'm there, and he is very knowledgeable on everything in the store. It's great!

        Poorly managed GameStop. I went to exchange my game for a different one. The first time I go in there they tell me they dont have the game I want but its on the way and it arrives the following day. I come back and the next day (late afternoon) and then they tell me they havent gotten around to unboxing the game yet. They say come back Friday. Well for sure have it done by Friday. So I come back Friday and they still havent unboxed the games. The game I want is only on sale until Saturday. So now after multiple days of going up there I have to drive to a further location after multiple drives to the location near my home. After days of making me drive up there they should have gone to the back and just unboxed the game for me. Bad customer service

        Multiple times not opened when suppose to be in the morning. Employee obviously is in the store. Suppose to open at 11am at this store. A few minutes I understand its 11:15 Im about to leave
