    I was having some issues getting logged in to do my curbside pickup. I decided to go inside and pickup my item instead. The staff member welcomed me in and directed me to the pickup area. There was only one person in front of me and I was out of there in less than 3 minutes. That was a quick and easy experience. The item that I picked up was bigger than I thought, so I had to go back to Target and buy a bigger gift bag.

    I had a very enjoyable and pleasant time here. I ordered a phone case and screen protector for in store pickup. Once I got there I realized I ordered them for a note 10+ but I have a regular note 10. Even though they were just about to close, they helped me solve my problem kindly and without making me feel rushed. I will definitely be going back to this location even though it's a little out of the way for me.

    It was like walking into a third world country store. Items on display but very, very limited supplies or none at all. Empty shelves. Not in stock, but we have them online.. it was a waste of time, energy and fuel. They did not have 1 item out of 4 that I was looking for and is normally stocked.

    Today was by far the worst experience ever at Best Buy. My husband and I purchased a Netgear router that was not packaged with instructions. I spent 4:45 on the phone with AT&T and their team of technical contractors and representatives trying to get the router bridged to their modem. Not only did the product not come with instructions but it was also defective. Once we returned the product, the first customer service representative allowed us to exchange - thinking we were going to get another Netgear router WITH instructions. My husband and I were allowed to open the box while in store to see if there were instructions inside - there was not. We got in line to return that router but this time we got a new sales person and he immediately examined the receipt telling us that he had to make sure the product matched on the receipt and told us since we opened it he could not accept the return. My husband and I spent 15 minutes explaining what happened but the sales rep had a preconceived notion that we were trying to scam and or return a router that was not legitimately listed in the receipt. I requested he call a manager and once the manager came over, he too was confused and wanted to know the problem. I unmediated told Jonathan, the sales guy, that I was highly offended because he questioned by level of integrity. He argues back with me and his manager Jesus stated if I didnt stop arguing with his employee, he will refuse service and make me leave. Okay. I asked him why would he do that and he said because he could. I informed Jesus, the inept manager, that I was not threatened by that as he proceeded to give me my refund. If he had of refused service, I would have definitely contacted an attorney as Im sure he too probably would have called the cops on me and left the product there while disputing the charge with my bank. Best Buy I just want you to know that you have lost a valuable and loyal customer. I will never and I do mean NEVER purchase one thing from you again and I can assure you I will take the rest of my family with me as I share this very poor and disrespectful, lack of customer service by poorly trained management and employees. Not to mention the defective Firestick I purchased at another store (Frisch, TX). This was horrible and embarrassing. I will definitely be calling the general manager first thing about this.

    Today Johnathan at the front door was so helpful. He asked me was I browsing for anything in particular and if I was to let him know and he would get me an associate to help. I said thank you. Well he tried to get a sales associate named Elias to help me but he tried to make like he was so busy so he got a near by associate. He was so helpful! However after I found my product, Jonathan looked for Elias Again to help me checkout but Elias felt the need to ring up his own things and run out the door while telling Jonathan to ring me up instead. I just felt like Jonathan should have continued to do his job at the front door because he is doing an wonderful job at leading everyone in the right direction. Especially with covid no one wants to walk over the store. Jonathan just gave me a great experience shopping at Best Buy Meyerland. Keep up the great Job!!! God bless you! However Elias finally came back in while I was exiting and told Jonathan thank you for helping him out and I just shook my head. Mean while I watched about four people walk in the front door with out guidance or that personal shopping experience from Jonathan all because Elias felt his need to check out was more important than mine even though he works there. I just felt like it was very shady of him.
