        Eventhough it says UPS, they do not accept returns with QR code. Was told to go to an actual UPS store. It is inside the Staple store. Haven't had issues with amazon returns but thought to write this just incase anyone needs to make a UPS return.

        They have a lot of regulations on what they are able to ship not sure why this location even exists just upsets people and wastes their time as you can see from other reviews.

        Every UPS shop is different. It depends on whether a corporate store or franchise. In the former people staff behaves like employees and the latter its often the owner who is helping you. Here the service is very friendly and prompt, the locale clean and well lit and parking is not an issue
