        Terrible customer service. Waited 5 minutes while Charles was moving boxes from one pile to another. No acknowledgement, no friendly smile, nothing. Finally get his attention and again he just seemed miserable and totally unkempt.

        Use any other shipping service but this location same owner in river oaks. Little hispanic or middle eastern manager really doesnt care. Especially when you have a problem.

        This store is never open on time. It states in their Hours Operation that they open at 9, but never are. The first staff member doesnt get in until 9:30, and they take their time putting the place together. Today is my third time waiting.

I am sorry for the Access Point confusion that has occurred. We have to follow the rules and guidelines setup by UPS and The UPS Store when it comes to how we operate our business. As a business owner I am sure you are aware of similar processes in your business. We could not release the package as we are required to verify your name and address per Access Point requirements. Unfortunately, your package has the business name and business address, and my associate informed you that we can release it with the My Choice for Business UPS Package Release Form. For the inconvenience we will keep the packages until 12/22/23 past the 7 day deadline to return.Their is no need for any ethnic comments.Thank youBrijesh
