U-Haul Moving & Storage of Memorial City

I had horrible customer service from an employee name Stephanie Williams at store 10220 Katy Fwy Houston TX 77043. My friend called to reserve a truck and accidentally ended up getting the wrong size. I then called back and asked to switch the truck size and she had an attitude and said she will not keep switching it back and forth. I then told her she needs to watch how she speaks to me and give good customer service, then she hung up on me. I called back right away and another employee answered and then proceeded to tell me that the woman who hung up on me left. This is not ok, I was not rude and all I wanted to do was switch a truck size. Please train your employees to be more patient and provide better customer service.

Ive been a customer of this location for over 13 years. Never have I ever had such terrible service. Vicky made my experience at this UHaul extremely disappointing. She was rude, unable to offer any customer service. It is frustrating to see someone not give any help to a customer. Everything about out interaction was horrible. I felt she was racist or had an issue with me having never seen her before. Would recommend you skip out on this person.
