U-Haul Moving & Storage of Willowbrook

The 2 stars are for the young ladies at the front desk who tried. I have done business with U-Haul for years and have never had a problem. This location unfortunately has turned my stomach. It's really disheartening that this is the only location I've had to deal with individuals with the same skin color as mine and to be treated so unprofessionally. And I can guarantee you, once this contract is over, I won't be back

They dont deserve one star let alone 2 1/2 we never picked up our truck cause we couldn't get into the truck cause they had a picture of a lock that wasn't a code. Then claim they couldn't even give us a truck so that we could move.

I only reserved this location because they didn't have the truck at the Champions location. When I arrived I was assisted pretty quickly; however, the person assisting looked bored and tired. They were very slow when processing our transaction, easily distracted by others irrelevant conversation and made a transaction that was supposed to go quickly, very slow. At the last minute they told us they didn't have an appliance dolly. At the end when they gave us the key they told me to check both sides for the truck because they were unsure where it was located. They didn't give me a truck number and the keys weren't tagged so I of course had to confirm. When I found the truck it was dirty both on the inside and the back of the truck. Overall, I would not like to go back to this location and I'll just stick the the location that always comes through, Champions.

Highly recommend this location for any And all moving needs! The staff is incredible and super friendly. Where can you rent a Mclaren 765LT for $19??

Im truck driver here for delivery that guy who loaded or unloaded truck he have so bad attitude bad talking with drivers and not respect any person they dont have space to move semi truck frnt or back they have 1 dock back of building so hard to bacup and nobody help u void to see this guy and plce
