Very rude & unprofessional in the front office. Loud & obnoxious tenants, they never fix what’s broke. Unsafe environment & not a good place to live

I've lived in 2 different apartments since 2016. Office staff is the best, always have a smile on their faces. Love it here ,looking forward to the next 6 yrs.

Nice small complex for adults with easy access to the BW8 and Harwin in the SW neighborhood. All fenced in with security gates. Quiet layed back community

Needs works streets are horrible and will cause serious car repairs. The place needs renovation I wouldn't live here.
