this group of people is horrible at returning calls or even knowing who their clients are. had to tell them to stop calling me with useless info that i've repeatedly told them i didn't want (3 calls in one week to tell me about properties in baytown), and prior to that, when i did need something, emails and phone calls went unreturned.
