Moved in and had a few issues with the property as can happen. The customer service was remarkable and we had people out to fix the issue the next day. They take care of those they work with. Honestly could not sing enough praises. Especially for Rosa the rep we have had contact with the most. She is super kind and seems to always be there to answer any questions! Thank yall very much for making stressful moments a lot less stressful!

Ive collaborated with Marlem as an investor from out of town. She has consistently demonstrated diligence and excellent communication skills. Marlem excels as a property manager.

I have worked with Israel Martinez, and he is honestly the best property manager i have ever worked with. Always responds and always gives really good service! Communication is always really easy with him! I 100% recommend using Israel for any leasing or property management!!

I rent a property from them in Houston, and they've been great. I've found it a little odd that I've never met any of them and only communicate with them in text. They take care of all of my maintenance requests in a timely manner, and have always been very helpful if I have questions.
