He listens to your opinions and trys to find the best home that fits you and your family even if it means going above and beyond. We appreciate you Luis for helping out our family. 100% recommend!

Very unprofessional real estate agent. He demanded an exclusivity contract before I even met him in person. How do I know I want to work with you if I haven't even met you in person or seen a house with you? How do I know you have my best interest in mind? I need to feel comfortable and know I can trust someone before I hand them 2-3% of my sale. If a realtor truly believes in their service they shouldn't need a contract to lock you into doing business with them. The State of Texas and professional realtors do not require these contracts. There are too many other great realtors out there to waste your time with inexperienced, unprofessional agents like Luis.

When we decided to sell our home earlier this year, we researched many real estate agents & decided to go with Luis Medina because he was so highly rated. We are so happy with our decision!! His group was quick morew 6/30/2020 When we decided to sell our home earlier this year, we researched many real estate agents on Yelp & decided to go with Evan Compean because he was so highly related. We are so happy with our decision!! His group was quick to respond and provided a ton of information. They were also very patient with scheduling due to Corona virus concerns. Luis came to our home to review the process & conducted a marketing consultation.The photographer did a great job & they even sent over a 3-D photographer (which I'm sure caught people's attention during the quarantine). We received a full price offer quickly and Luis' team was amazing in getting everything handled. They also helped us tremendously in the purchase of our new home (which was tricky because it was a new build and we needed to move in quickly). We can't say enough good things about Luis Medina!

Throughout my adult years, I have had the experience of purchasing a few different houses. As my family began to grow, I recently found the need and desire to purchase a larger home. I spoke to a variety of different realtors that showed me a variety of homes until I found Luis Medina. When making such a large decision, I wanted to work with someone that I could trust. Throughout the past several months, Luis has been there every step of the way. He has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. His professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. I never felt that he was just trying to sell me a house, but that he was a mentor to answer my questions and help me to make the best decision for my family.
