Based on their own promotion of earning a $25 credit and the multiple in store signage regarding this promotion, I would not suggest that you use the pharmacy.
The young gentleman is rude and for the second time, he acts like Im doing him a favor when giving them my business.
In this case, when I mentioned the promotion, he seemed to only say it has to be done on the app, which I indicated that I did.
A simple shrug of shoulder is the only thing I received.
I called the customer service number and was promised that the pharmacy regional manager would contact me. Its been 3 weeks and even a follow up email went ignored.
Thankfully I only transferred one prescription and not all of mine.
Buyer beware, if you want subpar service and a company that fails to follow up on a concern, then by all means, spend your hard earned money here.
If not then go to Kr*her and get the service and respect you deserve.
