Walgreens Pharmacy

Dropped off daughters prescription to be filled and they said they would text me when its ready. This was at 7:15pm! Come 9:00pm still not filled and they closed! My daughter has an ear infection and needed to start her antibiotics asap. I had to call doctor and call other pharmacies to get her prescription filled late at night bc they were too lazy to fill it before they closed!!! Worst customer service. Will never use this location again! Wouldnt even give them one star!

I switched to this Walgreens because I was having some issues at my previous pharmacy. This Walgreens is much worse than where I was at. The have been outbid my prescription for 11 days now. Every day I call and am told by their system it will be filled tomorrow. Finally I get them on the phone and I am told they have no clue when and they cannot send it to another of their pharmacies that may have it in stock. On top of that the employee I talked to was very rude with me. I will be switching pharmacies once again and never using Walgreens again.

Terrible Covid test experience. Got a test at the same time as my husband. He got his results two hours later and mine never showed. Called them (which was a whole other experience of multiple teleprompts and holds) and they said it never sent out because there was an issue with the machine. No clue if I wouldve ever been notified had I not called to track that info. down.

My experience(s) have not been so great at this location. The latest; I just called to see if my doctor sent over my prescription. Was put on hold for 10min, they forgot I was on hold and answered if they had NO clue. 20min for a simple name and DOB to just check
