    This place took a really long time to get my glasses ready. The communication is null and void! Please take your insurance and your hard earned money somewhere else! I have been waiting on my glasses almost a month! They must order from WISH! And then have the nerves to get upset with me, and Im the one without glasses!!!!! NO NO NO!! PASS PASS PASS!

    I would give this place a zero due to all the issues that I am still currently having. First of all when one employee messes everything up down to the pair of glasses you paid she should be reprimanded. The entire staff is clueless. Angie or Angela assisted me and my child on 12/28 i paid for my sons glasses and had picked a pair of Tom Fords however due to her having no knowledge on how to charge an FSA card i couldn't pay for them at that moment bc she kept charging the card as debit. I called back on Sat 12/30 to let her know that the FSA card did indeed have 386.00 even though she stated it wouldn't go through the company for my card confirmed that the funds were there I asked her to charge it but she sure didn't and I lost that $. Then I went back mid January and Angela was to assist me BUT she didn't mention that she had already sent the FORDS in and charged my insurance even though she told me she would hold on until I paid. To my surprise I paid 220$ for another pair that she charged without telling that she had sent the Fords in. Then she calls me Monday to tell me they messed up bc they sent did charge my insurance for the FORDS but i was there SAT and she said NOTHING!! I told her Monday NOOO i dont want those anymore she goes on to say that "ohhh okay we will fix it" So then the next day I get a text stating that my glasses are in....BUT how if I just paid on Sat!!! I called and OFC the LARGE Hispanic one that is up there just placing ppl on hold without asking and for long periods of time 10 MIN or more...Angela and her have everyone's paperwork alll over the place could easily be HIPPA violation. I am reporting them to BBB since I called to ask for the manager and the BIG Hispanic woman again puts me on hold and she begins telling Angela that someone wants the manager as she laughs. While Angela is saying oooh shes gone BUT little did she know my husband was there to resolve the issue which was pointless bc they are CLUELESS. How do u charge someone $ for something that I didn't pay for!!!??? Like I said HIPPA VIOLATION since you can literally see all patient information all over the place just scattered and that's more than likely why they are so disorganized. DONT GO HERE UNLESS U WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE CRAP and have to wait 2 months for glasses. UNBELIEVABLE that they allow these 2 morons handle patient information.

    my appointment 12:30pm been sitting here for an hour it's actually 1:25 and yet they haven't apologized or explained the delay...I been coming here for i years... it's under new management.. ill consider going to a new place .. this ridiculous.

    The staff and doctors that I met were all friendly and very professional. On my 1st visit Dr. Prieto-Ayala is the 1st doctor that actually explained my vision issues thoroughly that I actually for once understand the severity of my eyes' condition. For that I am beyond greatful. There was a minor hiccup with my order but they're making it right without me having to ask for further assistance. I never felt rushed like the other eye clinics I've visited in the past. My order came right before my trip! I forgot the name of the Brazilian gentleman (I think he's the manager or owner) that helped me out with my glasses, was very nice and the front desk administrator (I forgot her name too ) was very nice and patient with me while training me on how to put on contacts. I also can't remember the name of other Doctor that saw me today was very sweet and kind and answered all of my concerns. I recommend this location and I will be coming back for all of my future eye examinations here! Thank you again to all of the staff from the front to the back! You guys clutched it!
