        Excellent service from the ladies at the store. Welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. I spent much more than I intended simply because of their exceptional service and recommendations. I highly recommend Warby Parker, and the Highlands Village store in particular.

        I loved how easy it was to set up an $85 eye exam on their website. Once there I was seen on time, had near and far prescriptions, eyes dilated with a thorough exam (by the very patient, informative optometrist), and new glasses ordered through a helpful sales associate. All in a very short period of time. Lots of styles & lense types to choose from! The store is a lot of fun! And I like how they make sure you are happy with what you get, both with the process and the glasses you choose. It was important for me to know that if the new glasses dont work I can return them for full refund within 30 days of receipt as I have never bought prescription glasses before and they arent cheap. I also like that if you scratch/break them they replace lenses free for 6 months. Its great that they are sent to my house too, as I live out of town. If you have an FSA or HSA you can pay with that too. I didnt know until later but will buy future glasses using my HSA!
