Insight Optical

I just love going to Insight Optical. Since day one, they have been most helpful, honest and value-priced. I write this because in recent times you may see some eyeglass places that offer a cheap package. The big chains will over-sell thus resulting in a higher total price; the price does not include professionalism and value. I took a friend to Insight Optical for an adjustment to the glasses he just bought from "Big Chain" optical shop. He had gone back to them to be readjusted; he still had to problems seeing clearly. Judy was a jewel and always has been. She made the appropriate adjustments to the frame even though it was purchased at Insight Optical. He now sees clearly from the glasses. He also see the value that Insight Optical provided. He is going back to get a new set of lenses for his old frame. Bottom Line: When you arrive, it does not matter who attends to your needs, they all provide the same level of professionalism and value-added input.

I had been putting off buying new glasses for a few years because I hate eyeglass shopping. I'm usually given a plastic tray where I pull in frames similar to the ones I already have and looking for help and some advice on the frames I picked up. Not today!!! I googled eye glasses and found Insight Optical. I walked in, and the front desk was very welcoming. I was sent to the back room where a lovely lady by the name of Judy asked me what I was looking for and began pulling frame after frame until we narrowed it down to 10-15. She had to step away to help a scheduled appointment, and Hayden stepped in to help. He was very patient and honest about each frame, which I appreciated. After spending a little over an hour, I picked my frame, paid, and walked out excited about my purchase. It was the best experience I had purchasing glasses. I wish I had found them sooner. I will definitely be back for future pairs.

I needed to replace a sleeve on my silhouette sunglass ear piece. I live in Clear Lake and tried for two days to get optical company here to ask if they could help. Not one return call- put me on hold twice for 12 minutes - no one came to answer. I called Silhouette Eye Glass company and they recommended Insight Optical on Sunset. Not only the friendliest people a gentleman not only replaced sleeve- he adjusted my glasses- no charge. I can assure you they have my business and my very high recommendation to my friends and the public. This place is what customer service and caring is about .

You MUST come here if you want an AMAZING experience! This is a well-established, family-oriented business that has perfected their craft of finding you the PERFECT frames within budget, and making you feel like family! Phenomenal customer service, super competitive pricing and variety, great location and atmosphere, kid-friendly, the list goes on! I left with two beautiful frames and I can't decide which one I'm in love with more. I am so impressed and I will definitely be back for a long time! Thank ya'll so much!
