        There are a lot of employees here doing a whole lot of nothing. Long waits and rude customer service. Typical of Xfinitys overall customer service.

        So I arrived here at 12:30pm there where about 12 customers waiting there were a total of 6 employees but only 2 of them where calling customers which made the wait time longer, there were two managers both taking turn checking in customers if any walked in Im trying to figure out why arent they assisting the customers the two managers are just standing behind a desk talking while everyone is waiting. Also why they dont have designated workers for certain customers to go to like if youre just picking up equipment vs signing up to receive services which makes the wait time extensive the managers are not doing anything but telling people when a worker is ready but not actually assisting the customers this could cut wait time literally what are they getting paid for I kid you not the entire 45 mins in counting that I am here they are just standing behind a desk when they could be helping the customers. Im just here to pick up a camera in Ive been waiting. Customers are getting up out there seats when they finally call them like they blood in they legs not working because theyve been sitting for so long. Poor poor poor management.!! Dont know these two managers name but they had there name tags covered.

        Wow, I got about 10 minutes per hour of internet this week. I use the app to check and complain and ask for a service rep to come by. Then, a rep calls, and I go thru the advisors drill of unplugging up 10 times a day. Can't wait for this year's contract to end. So they respond and I stay on hold for several minutes. I finally clicked away.
