        I visited XFinity to transfer service & Alicia B. was very knowledgeable with the process. She walked me thru on what she needed to unlock my SIM & prepare for a smooth process to transfer service. She was very friendly & has positive attitude. She provided contact information once its time to upgrade my phone. Thank you for excellent customer service!

        Xfinity couldn't help me upgrade my phone and make a sale! They kept saying there weren't any promotional offers and to wait until Christmas. I switched service and T Mobile got my business when they ordered the phone I wanted and offered $800 off. Update: My wife needed a new phone because hers broke and Xfinity wouldn't let us upgrade, after being faithful customers for 5 years just because we had canceled our internet service with them. They said we had to have a wifi account in order to get a new phone. So we went back to a different carrier and bought her AND my son new phones and switched service to a better more efficient carrier. I will never go back to Xfinity/Comcast ever again! Stay away from this company that don't care about customers with good standing accounts. You just lost business and I tell all my friends not to sign with you.

        Harry was a great help. We had an issue with two phones that the Store in Willowbrook messed up and could not fix and for a year Willowbrook told us there was nothing they could do. We came into this store and in 5 min Harry and two other awesome ladies had it resolved! Thank you!
