Recently, I have canceled my account with Xfinity , and when I returned the equipment they told me that I was missing the TV stream box ; a box that I was never received neither they could show me where and when it was shipped to me. Matter of fact, the Xfinity Voss store clerk Roberto Sanchez told me that he could not even help me resolving that and that I should call the customer support line a lengthy service that is only available via text and according to Roberto that was the Xfinity policy. Immediately, I asked him for a store manager, I waited for over half an hour texting their customer support while waiting on a manger, and suddenly I was asked to leave the store Apparently, the manager decided to get me escorted out and did not even bother to learn about the issue from his worker before he makes that call. Here is my issue with the store and or maybe Xfinity as a company, if what the employees said happens to be the truth then as we all know, that is not a good service period, Xfinity, like any other business have no issues taking payment online, over the phone, or at any store locations but they dictate who and where we can get serviced/served with any of the issues we have with them or their service and in terms of customer service in my opinion that is a very poor decision that I am not happy and no one should, but if the store workers were not accurate with their statement then sad for those of us who consider this store location for any type of service. Iverson Morazon store manager, nothing personal here, but in my opinion you should have handled this much better, at least you should have learned about the issue from both sides before making such a poor decisions, you walked to me asking me to leave the store and when I asked you why and to whether or not you know of the issue about you clearly said I do not know , go ahead and tell me , that should have been the first question you should have asked before asking me to leave . Even worse, Xfinity customer support were able to resolve the issue and told me that I do not owe them that box and asked me to get a copy of the final receipt showing that I do not owe them any equipment and that is the account is closed and all good, but when I did they refused to do that and asked me to go to another store to obtain that.
