        Wow! I dont even know where to start. The service at this location has been phenomenal before I even arrived, I reached out a week prior to me arriving and Hind helped me out so much. When I finally came every staff members were friendly and ready to assist. The room was cleaned daily, the restaurant was amazing we went literally everyday! Silvia and Juliette I met my last two days and they were so sweet and kind! Its walking distance to the Galleria mall and a few other places. I have NO complaints about this hotel and would definitely stay here again! If you are considering a hotel make this your option you will not be disappointed! Thanks Hyatt for an awesome stay!
