So I've known John for several years. He was my salesman with his previous employer. He is great! Hes so friendly but also knowledgeable about his work. He always comes when its convenient for me. He stays connected thru the whole process beginning to end. Answers calls or texts very quickly. He came out and measured. We decided on what we wanted and they came to install a few days later. The exact day I requested in fact. The installers were really good. They worked so hard all day to get our job done as soon as possible. We removed carpet from master bedroom and closets. We bought the same hardwood that was installed in my living room and other rooms of my house 6 years prior. Alberto and his partner did a fantastic job transitioning. You cant even tell that it was installed years apart. We also put vinyl wood flooring upstairs in an office and art studio. Again they did a great job. Also wanted to mention that they do offer financing. I actually already had a line of credit open with Synchrony Home that I wanted to use and they actually signed up so that i could use it and get the special financing that I wanted. Extremely accommodating. Overall I would definitely recommend #D Flooring to anyone. Service: Wood floor installation
