Bad experience. Their team did not pass the messages about how customers agreed to be done to the subcontractors and blame it on the customers. Some of the assignments were the companys ideas and still did not done the way they suggested and we agreed. When we reminded them that was not what we agreed with, they blamed it on us and said we did not ask for custom service( that they suggested and we agreed). Be ready to face if theres anything happens, thats all on the customers. They dont know most of the subcontractors and some of them work together the first time. If they give you any guarantee, make sure they can proceed to the end. According to the subcontractors, the company did not pay them well. Imagine how can the quality be good when the workers did not get the pay they deserved? Moreover, they promised they would take good care of the property during remodeling, but it was not. Instead of improving their protection to the property, they asked us to tell the workers ourselves. I would not recommend them, they are not an honest company to my opinion.

I stopped by today hoping to discuss a bathroom projects. The man that greeted me showed me the back of porcelain samples. Yes the back of a sample. Very dismissive. You may want to lock the door and only take appointments if you don't want to take walk-ins. I'll take my business elsewhere. Thanks but no thanks!
