This company is very dishonest and lied to me about showing up to help, even though I had called days before the storm because I knew I would flood again. They left me stranded when I needed water removal ASAP after Harvey. Luckily ServPro was available and showed up promptly. If you need water removal call them not these jerks!!!

When my home flooded in May of 2015 with over 3 feet of water, I was desperate for help.  Service Master came to my rescue.  They came in and took charge and soon they were turning chaos into sanity.  I highly recommend them.  They are friendly, efficient and competent. A great company!!!

Worked with this company tru a friend out in record time. Very courteous staff . Worked with Franco, he is very efficient and cares answered every question we had. Helped us out of a very difficult timeFlood in May 2015 clear lake area.Thank you service master

Thank you for quickly and thoroughly extracting and mitigating the water from my home after a broken pipe flooded an entire bedroom.  I have been so impressed by Service Masters staff.  Every interaction exceeded my expectations.  I would strongly recommend this company and would call them again in the future.  Keep up the great work!
