CHI St. Luke's Health–Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center Emergency Room

4/6/24 Early urgent care wasnt opened. Ive come here plenty of times with issues of fluid in my ears etc. All the doctors Ive seen was great and concerned especially Dr. Morris and I cant think of the young gentleman name but his a black male with cowboy boots. They were awesome. Unfortunately this morning I came the Dr. Wilson thats on duty is the rudest doctor Ive ever dealt with in my 48 years. My nose feels like it has a knot in it, I have a migraine that will not go away no matter what I do or take. Im having heat flashes and then get cold. He tells me its not gonna kill you, its not life threatening take some Tylenol or Flonase and proceed to walk away. I asked him can you at least check my ears make sure theres no fluid buildup this the way it all started before. He walks off really fast yeah I can I still say get Flonase Im very hatful tone. If you would take the time to know I cant use Flonase Mr. Rudeness. He didnt order a Covid test or anything. My blood pressure was 195/88 he didnt have them retake it not anything. Needless to say I go somewhere else I have a severe upper respiratory infection. Thanks Dr.Wilson for your rudeness and doing absolutely NOTHING!

I came here in good spirits with an MS relapse. The ER doctors treated me well but I was put in a room with no ac waiting for an MRI for 6 hours while I have Ms. I was finally transferred to a room upstairs. The first of my nurses were great even though I could hear them talking bad about patients and the job outside of my door. While getting a steroid treatment, my van was burning I tried to call for a nurse and she didnt come until it was over where I noticed it leaked all over the bed. When she finally went to change my iv she didnt push the needle all the way in and there was blood everywhere all over my bed my gown. She didnt call anyone else in to clean it was flustered I had to calm her down she almost didnt even remember to flush my iv. Then on the day I was getting realeased I let them know my ride wouldnt be out of work til 2. Every nurse told me not to worry. But then right at 2 some random guy nurse came in and I felt like I was being shook down. It wa so awkward he said so you have no idea when hes coming then. My boyfriend literally called right in that moment and then the guy tried going back on saying they werent kicking me out. I feel so mistreated I should not be going through this stress after an MS relapse. I didnt even want to leave a bad review I hate doing this but this was horrible
