First Texas Hospital CyFair

Hopefully you read reviews when you have a life threatening situation and are looking for the nearest emergency room. Treatment was fine...but not $10,000 fine. My insurance covered 2k, so I'm just waiting for the 8k bill from the hospital now. Theres no way I can afford that. Not sure what I'll do. UPDATE 1 YEAR LATER: I hope anyone who experiences the same shellshock here quickly avails themselves of the Texas ER out of network mediation laws. I did, and my payment went from 8k....to $500.

I left the building 2nd guessing ER thinking they where a great experience come to find out yall are charging me $2,000 dollars just for stitches and now im finiding out about hidden fees why dont yall let costumers know about this after walking in to your doors i spoke to the lady in the desk before i left and got my paper work she told me it would be around $500ish-$700 never recommending this place again to anybody

Terrible place, I wish I could give 0 stars. My father went to the hospital for a kidney stone infection, stayed there for 2 hours and went through a CT scan. We co-paid $200 for the visit and paid $794 monthly. A year later we received a $10,094 bill for a hospital visit ALONE. We don’t know how much they charged from our insurance. Just go to another hospital, anywhere but here — no average person can afford these outrageous prices. There are so many better medical facilities around the area.

This hospital hands down is the best in the area from humble to Tomball I went to another er 2 times and was sent home without a diagnosis when I came here it was really my last chance. they took the time to really listen to my complaints and cared about my pain they checked off every possible thing until they gave me a diagnosis. I had been vomiting non stop for 5 days they really saved my life I am forever grateful with this team lovely staff great doctor he took the time to draw me a picture even ,this hands down the best place to be seen at.

I hope I could give zero star for billing service. I went to Urgent care only for a headache. They charge me total $11040 for 2-hour visit. And They charge $6459 for emergency room although I have already made the copay $150 dollars. unreasonable and I will call them to defend.
