I (unfortunately) had to go to the emergency room today, and I'm so glad I came here. I have chronic issues and have dealt with many hospitals/emergency rooms etc. And I can truly say this was the best experience I've ever had in an emergency room (and in general). Everyone was extraordinarily kind and caring from my nursing team (Jeff and Holly) to the doctor, to the sonographer, to the CNA. I wish I could remembe everyone's name because they all deserve shout outs! I can't recommend them enough.

This ER is amazing!!! Would never go anywhere else. I was not able to get into my PCP in a timely manner and I was really afraid something was really wrong and could not wait 2 weeks to see my PCP. So I have had family members who have been treated at Memorial Heights and told me how wonderful they were. And am I so glad I chose them for my treatment!
I was able to check-in before I arrived, which is an awesome service that is offered! Nursing Manager, Jason, contacted me and gave me the reassurance that his team would get me in quickly.
Brianna and Jessica greeted me at registration and got me right back to see the medical staff.
Doctor Ogar, Nurse Aida and Tech Jackson met me in the room and started my care. I was very impressed, they really listened to my concerns and symptoms.(Very rare to find these days)
Dr Ogar ordered some tests which included a CT San and Ultrasound. CT Tech Jeff and Ultrasound Tech Tara explained and talked me through the CT Scan/Ultrasound and what to expect. I cannot say enough about the bedside manner, compassion and respect provided by all the staff from the minute I arrived until I was discharged!
Thank you to the entire staff for the care you provided to me. You made what could have been a painful experience very comforting.

Dr. Marconi and nurse Kristin fixed me right up! Went in sick and concerned, and left with a prescription and my questions answered. Good people and a good emergency center

Memorial Heights has an amazing and outstanding service! They are friendly, compassionate, great bedside manners. Shout out and special thanks to the amazing team who took care of me and made me feel better. I would definitely recommend Memorial Heights to all my friends and family.

Great experience. Didnt have to wait long to be seen by a nurse/doctor, and they were all terrific. Put me at ease and started feeling so much better as I was receiving treatment. Highly recommend!
