        I went into the store today January 21st. I was just looking around and a rude lady with an underbite (yaritza) came to me without asking if I needed help and said theres a key for it when all I was doing was looking at the product. She tried grabbing something behind me and I asked am I in your way? and she completely ignored me and went ahead grabbed a key to unlock the product and asked if I needed anything else, I did need something else but she was so rude I just payed for what I needed and left. A young lady named lucy with black hair helped me check out. She was so sweet made me feel more comfortable before I left.

        Gisela is always helpful and really attentive. I came to this location about 4 months ago and she guided me on the products I needed to get to remove the brassiness from my hair. I just returned to the store and she even remembered me. If anyone needs help with hair color questions she's someone honestly who knows what she's doing. Thank You So Much for your customer service!!
