The girls in the keyosck at the Deerbrook Mall in Humble TX were very pushy and had aggressive sales tatics. Before I knew it I had purchased 173 in makeup which consisted of a mascara, foundation and blush. Looking at the prices on line it is clear I was scammed and completely ripped off. The makeup is mediocre at best and the mascara was clumpy. Im not happy at all how I was taken for the money that I work very hard for. What a waste of money. Never buying these products again.

Please re-train your staff who are working at your Opry Mills Mall kiosk located in Nashville TN . It is NOT good practice to approach someone who is walking by and apply make-up or touch their face without permission.

I have used this makeup for many years without issue. I recently purchased direct from Bella Terra online and my order arrived without all the products ordered and paid for. After 5 emails and multiple calls, including leaving voicemail, i have yet to receive any acknowledgement or reply from the Bella Terra Team. Extremely disappointing that i paid for these products and never received them or got my money refunded. Customer service leads a lot to be desired.
