The vehicles are always dirty. I'm not too concerned about the outside, but the inside of the vehicles are NEVER cleaned. It's very scary to me, especially with all the diseases going around these days. I have no idea what changed, but nothing is ever vacuumed, or wiped down anymore. It's quite shocking to me that such a large car rental company has no concern about the health of their customers. Might be time to try out Enterprise as I'm told they are required to clean their vehicles upon return.

Send my wife to pick up a rental car was damaged and dirty brakes were shaking and was not properly maintained car was also dirty and employe told my wife they had just cleaned it horrible experience will go elsewhere next time

Location is currently incorrect. Search for the Budget car rental location instead.
EDIT: Location has been fixed/corrected on Google Maps.

Booking my rental online was a nightmare. The website fluctuated from no availability to showing numerous vehicles available for renting. Malfunctioning of the website also deleted my selected return location. Calling the 800 number to correct the error was suggested by the on-site agent, however the telephone agent attempted to modify the reservation with an up charge of $ 111.00 bring a one day rental cost to over $ 300.00. Fortunately, the on-site agent was able to correct my drop off location to what I originally selected when booking online. As well, the website advertised %35 off the rental price to appear upon check -out but the discount was never given. The car we were given smelled of some previous driver's cologne and required us to disinfect the interior areas we would need to touch.
When we arrived to the rental location, there was a customer complaining about the condition of the tires on his rental being bald. The tires on our car were also minimal in depth.After responding to their request to send rental information, I received an email response first claiming to have located my rental information then an additional email stating they were unable to locate my rental information. Don't waste your time responding to their request, you'll just get the run around.
