Avis Car Rental

I asked to extend my car rental for a few more days and the employee gave me a price of $58.00 dollars a day. When I turned thr car in there was a 20.00 extension fee per each day which made the car $78.00 a day. This was totally unprofessional and deceitful.

Absolutely NO!!! rented online and upon arrival they had zero cars. when asked if they can find anything nearby, they called, hung up and said yes Oh-kayyy... can you see if they'll hold it? Oh.. I'm sure they will. Please call and verify and at least give them our name. She did, but wow. I think we woke her up. The second location at Westheimer and beltway 8 was spot on, awake, and super nice and courteous. They more than made up for the inconvenience at this first location.

I have a rent car on 09/16/2021 have to return back on 09/18/2021 at 01;00pm i reach at 01;02pm the front desk ladie not be there i meet the guy outside and ask him i show me to leave the car on the box on front the office and i will be take care on the next day i not explain me i will get charge $133.73 dollar for leave the car key on the safe box on the front i so disapointed i call customer service to explain and i told me i can not help in these issue i be very frustrated on the issue
