Chase Bank

Employees are the worst. I ordered my statements last week and they said its going to take up to 3 days. I went there the 4th day and this African American girl with braids came out side and tells me its misunderstanding its going to take a week to 14 days. when I was leaving she said something and laughed loud that I heard her by the door she laughed for no reason which is so disappointing chase bank hires people who dont care about their own attitude. I actually dont think this branch would stay longer.

This location is horrible the outside ATMs and even the one inside never works. It happens every week you cannot deposit, withdraw, etc. i HATE coming to this location! Your best bet is to goto the one off Voss

One of the worst location. Their ATMs haven't been working for ages and they've never bothered to fix it. Unfriendly manager

Horrible. One ATM has been down for about two months, the second ATM has been down for three weeks AND you cant even go into the ATM inside the branch I was patient, Im switching banks.you all dont care about your customers and yes, I know I sound like a Karen rn.. oh well.

Probably the worst location, i have been with chase for 17 years, been banking with this location for almost 10 years and as time passes their customer service keeps getting worst.
