The staff and administrators work very hard at a very difficult job and are always available to listen and address your concerns.

DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. Staff does not watch the residents at all and they are untrained in how to handle or redirect memory care residents. Every item brought to this facility for your loved one ends up "missing." I found two residents physically fighting each other in a bathroom and then two other residents actively eloping all while trying to find my uncle; no staff to be found anywhere. Not to mention other residents were wearing my uncles clothing that is labeled with his name.

Worse place ever. They have not been giving my grandmother all of her medication and what they do give her its HOURS after it was due. We had a camera set up in her room and they left her all evening and part of the morning in the bed left unattended and laying in a dirty soiled diaper and day clothes. The staff from the top to the bottom are liars! Confronted them several times about her medication that was very important. The only thing that Stephanie the medication aide had to say was, "I don't always get here on time" and proceeded to blame it on the night shift. I believe that the blood pressure cuff is not properly functioning, my grandmother complained for days about headaches. They checked her blood pressure and it showed normal. The ambulance came to get her per my
request and upon arrival to the hospital her blood pressure was 200 over 100+ when asked about her blood pressure medication they stated that she had just ran out and that her new meds would be in that evening. One of her meds has mysteriously disappeared and the state told them that they needed to find it. Workers leave out to get high instead of attending to the patients. This place acts like being concerned and asking questions on behalf of your relative is a crime. But they are quick to take thousands of dollars per month!

If you are considering bringing your family here.... please don't! This place should be called the neglect center.

Only if the owners knew what really goes on when they came last week poor unprofessional staff. This place only looks at the residents as a check you can report everything and they'll just ignore it from the staff members using drugs too the daily neglect. One they do is stick together once you start reporting things they will threaten you and get rid of you by all means. Families are being mislead about the care giving too their love ones. Smh the state really needs to step in this building.
